How to Organize PDF Pages

  1. Select a PDF.
  2. Drag thumbnails into the order you want, or use the move-earlier/move-later controls.
  3. Duplicate, delete, or rotate individual pages as needed.
  4. Export the reorganized PDF.

Can I reorder pages without a mouse?
Yes. Select a page and use the move-left/move-right controls or arrow-key shortcuts as an accessible alternative to drag-and-drop.
Can I insert a blank page or an image as a page?
Yes, both are supported from the Pages panel in the workspace.
